What we collect, and why

When you send an enquiry through this site, we collect what you type into the form: your name, company name, email address, phone number and your message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for that conversation, and for nothing else. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you choose to send us.

We do not buy lists of personal data, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their marketing.

Marketing

Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to anything. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first, and anything we ever send will carry a working unsubscribe.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not run advertising trackers, and at the date above it does not run analytics tools that profile you. Any cookies set are functional ones needed for the site to work (for example caching or security). If that changes, this notice will change first.

Where your data lives, and for how long

Enquiries are stored in this website's database with our hosting provider and in the email account that receives them. We keep enquiry details while the conversation or client relationship is live, then delete them when they are no longer needed. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. Ask through the contact form and we will respond within one calendar month.
